Golf Registration - OPEN!

CCT Reunion - Las Vegas 2026 - Please utilize the registration form below, and do not contact the committee via email to say you are playing; you must register yourself! Like last year, players will pay when registering for their rounds of golf. Due to increased standard Vegas Golf Rates, our discounted price this year is $105/player on Thursday, and $115/player on Friday (cheaper than last year!). The regular price is $129-$139 per player respectively. We owe the golf course the final number of registered players on April 11th, 2025. This year, we are capped at 32 players. We need to have a minimum of 16 players NLT April 1st, 2025; if that does not occur, we will not have enough players for the discounted price, and golf could also be jeopardized altogether.

If you need clubs, please indicate that in your registration form, and we will get them reserved, and you will pay for them upon arrival at the course at a rate of $55/day. This year, a tee time will start; the first will begin at 0730L each day. We will likely pair drivers and riders again for transportation to/from the course, so when registering, please let us know who does and does not have a POV or Rental Vehicle by selecting the appropriate choices on the form.

Geoff Hitchcock got us onto the gorgeous Legacy Golf Club, for the first time. The format will be the same as last year, pick your Scramble Team for both days; Thursday is the pracice round to familiarize yourselves with the course, and Friday it is game on!  There will be various games to win within the round of golf as well as the Scramble itself.

  The rate will include the following: 
  • Green Fees
  • Cart Fees
  • Practice Balls
  • 2x Bottled Water in Iced Cart Cooler
  • Staff Tournament Coordination
A Group Deposit of 20% was required at the contract signing to hold the course for our group, and the committee has paid the deposit, which will be reimbursed as golfers register and pay for their golf. A minimum player count will be due 30 days in advance, and the final payment and the count will be due 15 days before the day of play. The course carries Callaway Golf Brands or something similar if anyone in our group needs rental clubs. Rental fees are currently set at $55.00/set; please fill out the appropriate section of the golf registration form if you fall into this category.

We have secured the best pricing available, but remember, we are in Las Vegas; this is the golfing tourist season, and most of us are NOT Las Vegas residents. Our only pricing leverage was the number of players Geoff could reasonably project and the potential dollar amounts we may spend on concessions at the club. Additionally, all reunion golf updates regarding locations, tee times, and pricing will be posted to this website's news and schedule pages as they become known.

To make life easier for everyone involved, we prefer you arrange to play both days (if possible). However, if you plan to play at all, golf registrations need to be submitted by April 01st, 2025, and we must have a minimum of 16 Players by this date to avoid cancellation for our group!!!
