We’re Headed Back to the South Point for 2027!

We are proud to announce that South Point Hotel & Casino will be the official host of the 2027 CCT Reunion - Las Vegas!  We are excited to return to this exceptional venue and greatly appreciate South Point’s continued support of our community.

Official Reunion Dates:  Thursday, 04/29/27 | End Date: Sunday, 05/02/27

A limited block of discounted rooms is available outside of the official reunion dates at the special group rate.  Please note: Room availability and discounted rates cannot be guaranteed outside of the official reunion dates or after the booking cut-off date.  We highly encourage early booking.  After the cut-off date, any unbooked rooms will revert to standard hotel pricing.

Important: Please don't contact South Point Reservations directly unless you are having problems during the online booking process.  To secure the group discount, all attendees must book online via the custom reservation link below. This will automatically apply our group rate for your stay.

     +Tax (13%) & Resort Fee ($20.00/night, excluding tax)

Note: We negotiated a reduced resort fee of $20.00 per night (normally $33.00 per night, excluding tax).  The closest competing bid was double the amount for the resort fee, and they would not budge.  This allowed South Point to reduce the overall cost of rooms for our attendees and provide a higher-quality room.

The resort fee includes:

  • In-room Keurig coffee maker 
  • 24-hour Business Center with computer access 
  • Local/toll-free phone calls

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Individual cancellations inside 72 hours of arrival shall forfeit any room deposit (if applicable) or be billed for one night’s room and tax.  In addition, one night’s room and tax will be billed for any guest who fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date.  Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be canceled, and all deposits forfeited. 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

It is understood that all room requests will be made individually, and that guests will be responsible for their own room, taxes, resort fee, and incidental charges.  The hotel requires a first-night deposit for room and tax, per room, to guarantee individual reservations, and the credit card will be charged accordingly.   The hotel accepts all major credit cards for the deposit, and the credit card will be charged for the room and tax as stipulated.  Guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM on the following date.
