The course was gracious enough NOT to cancel our event, even though we fell well below expectations for the number of players required for a tournament-styled event (scramble or otherwise).
We have not been granted a shotgun start since we only have 17-18 players and they have elected to give us tee times instead, starting at 0730L each day (spaced out in 8-minute intervals). If you have requested rental clubs, I have submitted the names of the club rental reservations (renters will pay for their clubs on-site). Also, due to the drastically increased cost of transportation this year and the size of our group, we will not have bus transportation for players to/from the course/hotel; therefore, we will kick it old school as we have in previous years, and players with POVs will drive non-POV players to the course. We have plenty of drivers to accommodate riders and I have worked out a driver/rider pairing list and tried to correspond it the best I could with the golf pairings. Everything will be sent to all players this weekend once I have the documentation and WARNO finalized.
This year’s golf has been reformatted into a simple, low-key golf outing vs. competition. It will be about getting away from the casino & hotel, breathing fresh & clean air, playing a nice course, comradery, the brotherhood, having fun, and drinking responsibly (if that’s your thing).

This is the last week to register for golf!!!
We currently have 16 of the required 32 to have a tournament. If we don’t get 32 for each day we run the risk of not being able to play at all. So please get into the registered guest list and get your buddies, (SHAME THEM INTO IT) to sign up ASAP.
It would be a shame to have this all fall apart because folks lost track of time. Cutoff is Friday 29 March. Lets see what we can get done in the few remaining days we have left.
